After a google meet where I taught the children mindfulness exercises and practiced them on google meet, my laptop dies during the end of our lesson sadly and this email is me and Mrs. Marchetti communicating and me apologizing for my laptop.

This is one activity I do with the children. These are activity cards that have different exercises of mindfulness that show various ways to be mindful such as being kind, how to focus during stress and calming exercises.
